Koch EFZ (m/w)

The company seeks a qualified Cook (EFZ) for its on-site kitchen in Lantsch/Lenz, CH. The role involves daily mise en place, à la carte service, and retail shop production within a family-run hospitality setting.

As a key member of the kitchen team at this three-generation family business, you will help deliver the company's signature balanced, regionally inspired cuisine. The position supports both the à la carte restaurant and the retail shop, ensuring high standards of quality and hospitality for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily mise en place across all kitchen stations
• Support à la carte service by working at various stations
• Produce items for the on-site retail shop
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and operational standards
• Contribute to menu development
• Follow established recipes precisely
• Receive and inspect incoming goods
• Ensure strict compliance with HACCP hygiene protocols

Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as a cook with a federal vocational certificate (EFZ)
• Fluency in German
