Aufgaben

• Mise-en-Place and station control
• Independent preparation and cooking of dishes for the à la carte business
• Inventory control, receiving goods, checking delivery quantities, quality, HACCP guidelines, temperatures, weights
• Cleaning and maintenance of all work tools, compliance with hygiene guidelines
• Responsibility during lunch and evening service

Anforderungen

• Completed training as a cook/chef EFZ or a comparable, profession-related training
• Good German skills in speech and writing
• Resilience in stressful situations
• Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and evenings
