Responsibilities
- Guide, mentor, and support the professional development of the software engineering team.

- Champion the adoption of modern technologies, DevOps workflows, and low-code solutions to enhance processes.

- Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, stakeholders, and other leads to synchronize development efforts with broader organizational aims.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven track record of leading and developing teams, with the ability to motivate and empower staff.
- Extensive background in software development, featuring deep expertise in contemporary programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, alongside DevOps principles.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), microservices designs, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities, paired with a cooperative approach.
- Fluent proficiency in both German and English, for written and spoken communication.

- Prior experience utilizing low-code platforms, particularly Mendix, for accelerated application development.
