Forum Fribourg SA seeks a Lead for Cyber Resilience in Geneva to drive initiatives within the Centre for Cybersecurity, fostering cross-sector collaboration and strategic thought leadership.
This position serves as an Initiative Lead within the Cyber Resilience portfolio of the Centre for Cybersecurity, reporting directly to the Lead for Initiatives and Communities. The Centre collaborates with more than 180 organizations across public and private sectors, and this role is pivotal in scaling resilience efforts and building actionable communities at the ecosystem level.
Responsibilities
- Expand the reach and impact of cyber resilience programs, with a particular focus on critical infrastructure sectors.
- Organize and facilitate cross-industry dialogues to foster collaborative action among ecosystem participants.
- Cultivate and expand networks of stakeholders from both public and private domains.
- Foster consensus and author thought leadership content on key aspects of cyber resilience.
- Utilize digital knowledge tools, such as Transformation Maps, to enhance awareness and engagement.
- Design session structures and content for Centre and Forum events, generating insights for various products.
- Assist in the strategic execution of the Chief Information Security Officers Community through coordinated planning.
Requirements
- A Master's degree obtained from an accredited university.
- Between 8 and 10 years of professional experience in cybersecurity or technology-related fields.
- Superior command of spoken and written English.
Nice to have
- Prior experience working within critical infrastructure industries and an understanding of their unique security challenges.
- Ability to communicate verbally in languages other than English.
