MME Legal seeks a Legal Associate for IT & Data Protection in Zurich. The role focuses on advising clients on IT outsourcing, cloud solutions, and digitalization projects while ensuring regulatory compliance.

MME Legal integrates legal, tax, and compliance services under one roof. This position supports national and international clients by delivering expert guidance on IT outsourcing, cloud infrastructure, digital transformation, and software or application development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert legal counsel to domestic and global clients on IT outsourcing, cloud migration, digitalization initiatives, and software or app creation.
• Prepare, negotiate, and thoroughly examine IT agreements concerning outsourcing arrangements, cloud architectures, and data processing activities.
• Develop practical and robust strategies to address challenges related to data privacy compliance and IT security.

Requirements

• Hold a recognized law degree.
• Possess the Swiss attorney certificate or equivalent professional training.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in both EU and Swiss regulatory frameworks.
• Feel comfortable navigating and understanding technical subject matter.
