Homburger is seeking an Associate IP/IT in Zürich to join its expanding team, focusing on transactional IP and IT law, contract drafting, and advising on intangible asset protection for clients.
The company is growing its IP/IT practice to concentrate on transactional matters within intellectual property and information technology law. This role supports the team in safeguarding clients' intangible assets throughout their business operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and negotiate agreements related to the creation and commercial use of intangible assets.
- Manage a wide range of contracts, including licenses, R&D, cooperation, technology transfer, distribution, franchise, sports rights, and IT-specific agreements.
- Provide guidance on IP and IT issues during mergers, acquisitions, and financing deals.
Requirements
- Successfully completed legal studies with strong academic performance.
- Holding a Swiss attorney patent (Anwaltspatent).
- Solid understanding of Swiss legal frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and capacity to handle complex technical and legal challenges.

- Prior experience in intellectual property law is preferred.
