Managing Director, Forensic Technology

Teneo AG seeks a Managing Director for its Forensic Technology practice in Switzerland. This remote leadership role focuses on strategy, client advisory, and team building within a global CEO advisory firm.

As part of Teneo's global Forensic Technology practice, this position serves as a key leadership role within a firm dedicated to advising CEOs. The incumbent will define market strategy, secure new mandates, and build high-performing teams while guiding senior executives through complex litigation, investigations, and regulatory challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the Forensic Technology business unit, focusing on strategic planning and commercial growth.
• Provide expert counsel to boards, C-suite leaders, and General Counsels regarding high-stakes disputes and internal investigations.
• Initiate and direct complex projects involving forensic technology, eDiscovery, and artificial intelligence.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead teams to ensure high performance and delivery excellence.
• Enhance the firm's market presence through thought leadership and the cultivation of strategic client relationships.
• Drive innovation in the use of data, AI, and digital investigation techniques.

Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in leading forensic technology, eDiscovery, and digital investigation initiatives.
• A demonstrated history of advising top-level executives and successfully winning or managing complex client engagements.
• Extensive knowledge of forensic technology, eDiscovery, investigative processes, AI applications, and data management.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with an entrepreneurial approach to business development.
• Exceptional abilities in communication and managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Hands-on experience with major forensic technology platforms, including Relativity, Nuix, Brainspace, or Reveal.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as RCA, CFE, CAMS, IAPP, or EnCE.
