Head of Leasing Advisory Switzerland

JLL Switzerland seeks a Director to lead Leasing Advisory in Zurich, overseeing P&L, team development, and strategic growth for landlord and tenant representation across the country.

Based in the Zurich office, this leadership position carries full accountability for the strategic direction, financial performance, and expansion of the Landlord and Tenant Representation division throughout Switzerland. The incumbent will guide the national department's growth while managing personnel, budget, and profit-and-loss responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete P&L, budget, and staffing for the national leasing department.
• Define and implement strategies to expand the Leasing Advisory business line nationwide.
• Drive revenue growth in both German-speaking and French-speaking markets for landlord and tenant services.
• Create and execute innovative acquisition plans to secure new mandates and boost national brand visibility.
• Expand service offerings into emerging asset classes, including Life Science and Data Centers.
• Leverage professional networks to build a robust pipeline for leasing and tenant representation projects.
• Meet annual financial and strategic objectives established by Swiss and EMEA leadership.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing leasing team across the country.
• Supervise all commercial property letting activities, from initial marketing to final lease execution.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of Tenant Representation engagements, from client acquisition to deal closure.
• Encourage collaboration and synergy between the Tenant and Landlord Representation teams in Zurich and Geneva.
• Serve as the primary lead for major landlord representation mandates for institutional investors and private owners.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of relevant experience within the real estate industry.
• Native or fluent proficiency in both German and English.

Nice to have

• Business-level proficiency in French.
