Managing Director Switzerland (m/f/d)

Ingram Micro Schweiz seeks a Managing Director for Switzerland to lead the country’s P&L, drive strategic growth, and serve as a key member of the DACH leadership team based in Cham.

The company is looking for a senior executive to lead and accelerate the Swiss business operations. This role combines strategic leadership with commercial accountability and operational excellence, serving as a pivotal member of the DACH leadership team while defining and executing market strategy to strengthen the firm's position as a leading technology partner.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the country’s profit and loss, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and strong cash performance.
• Develop and implement the Swiss market strategy in alignment with DACH and global priorities.
• Drive profitable expansion across core distribution, advanced solutions, and digital platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and partners.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing leadership team and broader organization.
• Identify and capture new business opportunities, including innovation and ecosystem expansion.
• Ensure operational excellence, efficiency, and scalable processes.
• Represent the company externally with key industry stakeholders, regulators, and customers.
• Champion ESG, compliance, and inclusive leadership practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Managing Director, Country Manager, or senior General Manager with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong track record of driving growth and transformation in complex, matrixed, or multinational environments.
• Deep understanding of the Swiss technology, distribution, or B2B ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success in business development, partnerships, and stakeholder management.
• Inspirational leader with the ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline and decision-making capability.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• University degree in business, technology, or related field.
