As a Key Account Director at Ebury, you will serve as a central figure in the sales team, driving brand growth across Switzerland by targeting larger SME companies. You will develop tailored sales strategies based on market insights and client feedback, while building a robust pipeline of new business and fostering lasting relationships with a wide client base.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospects generating over £50M in annual turnover.
- Market and sell Ebury's cash management, foreign exchange hedging, and payment solutions.
- Analyze client business models, strategic goals, and operational challenges to recommend the most suitable Ebury products.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular contact, detailed call reporting in Salesforce, and delivering high-quality customer service supported by deep product expertise.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in sales management, preferably within foreign exchange or cross-border financial services such as import/export lending, international payments, or cash management.
- Experience in the financial services sector, with an existing professional network being highly beneficial.
- A proven ability to energize and motivate sales teams with passion and drive.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities and the capacity to establish and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers at SMEs.
- Fluency in both Swiss-German and English.
