Dun & Bradstreet Schweiz AG seeks a Strategic Relationship Director in Urdorf to lead enterprise sales, manage key global accounts, and drive revenue growth through trusted advisory and strategic partnerships.

This position serves as a strategic advisor and technical lead, responsible for selling the company’s products and services to existing clients while expanding business within high-impact global accounts. The role focuses on aligning technology solutions with customer business needs to ensure long-term success and significant strategic importance to the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor by building strong relationships with clients and engaging in strategic conversations to understand their business objectives.
  • Develop senior-level executive connections with global and institutional clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead business development activities, including co-development sessions and face-to-face meetings.
  • Collaborate with clients to create and deliver value plans based on industry trends and best practices.
  • Capture client sentiment and act as the voice of the client to support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and grow revenue streams by successfully renewing existing business contracts.
  • Expand existing accounts or develop new ones through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies to protect existing business.
  • Manage end-to-end negotiation, contracting, and approval processes for complex deals.
  • Align multiple decision-makers, products, and funding sources to navigate complex deal management.
  • Perform account planning and coordinate with internal sales resources to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline to meet annual quota objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all business initiatives and maintain accurate data in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with Client Success teams to increase retention rates through business reviews and win-back campaigns.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to serve as an industry thought leader.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company's offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of eight years of experience in senior enterprise-level SaaS, consulting, or services sales.
  • Proven success in closing sales, winning clients, and managing client relationships with a portfolio of accounts.
  • Ability to rapidly assess client environments from a business process, organizational, and technological perspective.
  • Demonstrable track record in managing complex strategic sales and multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to present to C-suite audiences and client-side experts.
  • Highly articulate with excellent business communication and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment.
  • Possesses excellent industry-leading sales methodology, relevant CRM software skills, and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
  • Result-oriented individual with high accountability for setting own priorities to achieve revenue growth.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
