Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of corporate clients, handling FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management services.
  • Promote Ebury’s full range of products to deliver a top-tier client offering.
  • Work with the sales team to support new business development.
  • Assess clients’ business strategies and industries to recommend optimal solutions from Ebury’s product suite.
  • Analyze competitors’ offerings to strengthen Ebury’s market positioning.
  • Meet KPIs focused on revenue growth, client retention, upselling, cross-selling, and increasing client spend.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through meetings and professional presentations.
  • Expand existing client business and provide feedback to product and technology teams.
  • Generate new business by leveraging connections with current clients for referrals.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in financial services, preferably in sales or client relationship management.
  • Background in FX institutions, commercial banks, or selling financial products to SMEs and corporate clients.
  • Clear understanding of relevant compliance standards.
  • Fluent in Swiss-German and proficient in business-level English.
  • Strong communication abilities to gain client commitment and support.
  • Technical proficiency in statistical and fundamental analysis, as well as risk management.
  • Track record of identifying and pursuing new business, including upselling, cross-selling, and acquiring new clients.
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
