ERServices seeks a Senior Master Data Manager in Le Locle to lead data governance and the Non-Conformance Management team within a global engineering firm.
This senior position sits within a global organization boasting six decades of expertise in engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing solutions. The role is central to overseeing the Non-Conformance Management team while establishing robust master data frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce principles for master data governance, ownership, and control across SAP domains.
- Direct data conversion projects, covering mapping, validation, cleansing, testing, and migration.
- Supervise the Non-Conformance Management team to ensure prompt investigation, resolution, and systemic corrective actions.
- Partner with functional and technical groups to design workflows, approval processes, and conversion procedures.
- Coordinate data quality improvements, migration readiness, and cutover activities while resolving issues and driving project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related discipline.
- 4-6+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Migration, Data Governance, ERP implementation, or Quality Systems within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English.
