The company seeks a Medical Device Specialist to support its Diagnostic Imaging Injector business in German-speaking Switzerland. This field-based role blends commercial, clinical, and technical expertise to promote innovative systems and assist healthcare professionals.
This position focuses on advancing the Diagnostic Imaging Injector business throughout the German-speaking region of Switzerland. The role requires a blend of commercial acumen, clinical knowledge, and technical proficiency to promote advanced injector systems and provide essential support to medical staff.
Responsibilities
- Promote Bracco Diagnostic Imaging injector systems and related medical devices
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare professionals
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions
- Negotiate and support equipment sales opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the assigned territory
- Develop and execute territory action plans aligned with company objectives
- Provide product demonstrations and application training to healthcare professionals
- Explain product features, benefits, and clinical applications
- Support customers during installations and implementation phases
- Ensure optimal utilization of Bracco injector systems
- Deliver scientific, technical, and product-related information to customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports using Salesforce
Requirements
- Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Radiology Technology, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience
- German: fluent (mandatory)
- English: required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Commercial mindset combined with customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Good computer skills, including MS Office and CRM systems
Nice to have
- Experience in medical device sales, applications, or clinical support preferred
- Knowledge of radiology workflows and diagnostic imaging environments is an advantage
- French: an advantage
