The role also includes assisting with cross-border investments and gradually taking on the review of commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate secretarial processes for entities in different legal jurisdictions to maintain high governance standards.
• Provide support for corporate structuring projects, which may include moving the headquarters or expanding internationally.
• Work with global teams to address compliance issues and internal audit requirements.
• Help manage cross-border investment projects, with a focus on emerging growth markets.
• Participate in the review and negotiation of trading and commercial contracts, increasing involvement over time.

Requirements

• Hold a Swiss law qualification.
• Possess between three and eight years of professional experience in corporate law.
• Demonstrate a strong command of the English language.
