Revolution Digital Services AG seeks a Mid-level Motion Designer to create engaging brand animations and manage video assets in a hybrid role based in Switzerland.
This position sits within the Brand studio, where the primary objective is to animate and visualize the company’s identity. The team combines artistic innovation with meticulous attention to detail, aiming to elevate customer experiences through high-quality visual content.
Responsibilities
- Developing innovative and creative motion graphics
- Producing end cards and supplementary visual elements for video projects
- Editing both new footage and existing video materials
- Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive library of video assets along with usage guidelines
- Collaborating with the Localisation team to manage versioning, coordinate voice-over talent, and deliver final assets to Marketing Managers
Requirements
- At least four years of professional experience as a Motion Designer
- Capability to handle creative tasks across various regions and versions concurrently
- Proficiency in standard video editing applications
- Fundamental skills in audio editing
- Familiarity with standard video and audio file formats
- Working knowledge of Figma and spreadsheet tools like Excel or Sheets
- Hands-on experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects and Premiere
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to creative management platforms such as Celtra or Ad.lib
- Ability to perform colour grading
