BOARD International seeks a Mid-level UX Designer in Chiasso, Switzerland, to craft intuitive experiences for its enterprise planning platform through research, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration.
This position is based in Chiasso, Switzerland, and focuses on developing engaging user experiences for an enterprise planning platform. The designer will work closely with the local team to ensure the product meets user needs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mockups
- Execute user research and conduct usability tests
- Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to map user flows and define design solutions
- Maintain design consistency across the product by working with cross-functional teams
- Keep current with UX industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Demonstrated professional experience as a UX Designer or in a comparable position
- A strong portfolio that showcases a user-centered design methodology
- Competence with design software including Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

- Ability to communicate in German
