Multiskilled Electrical Technician (m/f/d)

JLL Switzerland seeks a Multiskilled Electrical Technician in Geneva to maintain technical systems and ensure facility performance for a prestigious international client.

This position is part of the Workplace Operations team, supporting a high-profile international client. The role focuses on maintaining seamless facility performance through a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Carry out both preventive and corrective maintenance for structural, security, and technical infrastructure.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of technical assets, including monitoring, documentation, and planning for strategic renewals.
• Handle all maintenance interventions using the Corrigo ticketing platform.
• Guarantee strict adherence to local regulations and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Secure necessary work permits, perform risk assessments, and manage Permits to Work procedures.
• Monitor work orders from initiation to completion within Corrigo and produce activity reports.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, ranging from external contractors to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Workplace Experience coordinators and Floor Ambassadors to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide technical support for projects and assist during commissioning phases.
• Install new equipment and update technical drawings and related documentation.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in maintaining electrical equipment within technical services contracting.
• Possession of a CFC qualification or an equivalent certification.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience using technical management systems and generating operational reports.
• Demonstrated ability to manage contractors and suppliers effectively.
• Physical fitness to work at heights, lift heavy loads, and operate in confined spaces.
• Willingness to work weekends, bank holidays, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
