Nonclinical Study Coordinator – 4 Months (Maternity Replacement)

CSL Behring Vifor seeks a Nonclinical Study Coordinator for a 4-month maternity replacement. This mid-level role manages outsourced study operations, vendor coordination, and documentation in a hybrid setup.

The company is looking for a professional to oversee the operational side of outsourced nonclinical studies and development programs. This position is designed for individuals who thrive on organizing complex data and establishing efficient digital workflows to support scientific research.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end operational flow, including contract sourcing, legal reviews, purchase order creation in SAP, and invoice approval.
• Ensure strict and complete documentation standards for all external nonclinical studies.
• Coordinate global meetings and vendor alignment calls, including preparing agendas and documenting action items.
• Gather vendor service proposals and prepare bid-score and budget comparisons.
• Communicate with external vendors, utilizing German language skills when necessary.
• Consolidate external vendor qualification and service information in SharePoint.
• Create and maintain external vendor supplier accounts in SAP.
• Support third-party risk management activities.
• Utilize digital tools like SharePoint, Excel, and Power BI to improve workflow efficiency.
• Track study milestones, deadlines, and follow-up activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific field (e.g., Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry).
• Hands-on experience in an animal laboratory.
• Research experience in laboratory animal work, pharmacology/toxicology, or scientific internship.
• Strong administrative and task-oriented mindset.
• German proficiency at C1 or native level.
• High proficiency with digital tools (Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
• Role requires being on site 3 days per week.

• Experience working in nonclinical contract research organization.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience in administration, coordination, procurement support, research operations, or project management.
