Stability Coordinator

Pharmacie de la Place du Cirque SA seeks a Stability Coordinator to manage sample logistics, documentation, and stability study activities within a cGMP-compliant laboratory environment.

This position focuses on the end-to-end management of stability study samples. The coordinator handles retrieval, labeling, and data entry while collaborating with various teams to ensure proper staging and storage of materials in stability chambers.

Responsibilities

• Execute pull retrieval, labeling, and documentation tasks for stability studies.
• Record and receive samples using the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Coordinate with other departments to manage sample staging, packaging, and labeling workflows.
• Update and maintain data records within the Laboratory Execution System (LES).
• Arrange and store sample boxes in stability chambers in alignment with team schedules.
• Assist in refining and improving overall sample management procedures.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and cGMP regulations, including specific lab instructions.

Requirements

• Degree in Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or equivalent analytical lab technician training.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical sector, with a preference for roles involving sample management.
• Fluent written and spoken English skills.
• Demonstrated ability in planning, organization, and clear communication.
• Capacity to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
• High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and enthusiasm for the work.
• Openness to learning and tackling complex new responsibilities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the German language.
