Stability Coordinator

Pharmacie du Mont SA seeks a Stability Coordinator to manage sample logistics, documentation, and stability study activities within a cGMP-compliant laboratory environment.

This position focuses on the end-to-end management of stability study samples. The coordinator handles retrieval, labeling, and data entry while collaborating with various teams to ensure proper staging and storage of materials in stability chambers.

Responsibilities

• Execute pull retrieval, labeling, and documentation tasks for stability studies.
• Record and receive samples within the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Coordinate with other departments to manage sample staging, packaging, and labeling workflows.
• Update and maintain data records in the Laboratory Execution System (LES).
• Arrange and store sample boxes in stability chambers alongside relevant teams.
• Assist in enhancing sample management procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and cGMP regulations during all laboratory activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or equivalent analytical lab technician training.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical sector, with a preference for sample management roles.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously and effectively within a team.
• High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and enthusiasm.
• Willingness to learn and tackle complex new challenges.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the German language.
