Lab Technician (GMP Analytics) (f/m/d)

Unisite AG seeks a Lab Technician for GMP Analytics in Kaiseraugst. This onsite role supports multiple scientific teams with analytical testing and offers a path to permanent employment.

The company is looking for a laboratory professional to assist various scientific groups, including those focused on biologics, small molecules, and advanced therapies. This position provides exposure to diverse analytical methods and allows for flexible deployment according to operational demands. Responsibilities

• Conduct analytical tests within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulated lab setting.
• Handle sample preparation, measurements, data analysis, and proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and other lab software.
• Assist in the analytical development and quality control processes for new therapeutic products.
• Manage laboratory instruments, including their operation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with scientists and colleagues across different analytical specialties.

Requirements

• Completion of laboratory technician training (EFZ, CTA, or BTA) or equivalent scientific education.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
• A structured, reliable, and detail-oriented work style.
• Capability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to team efforts.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks.
• Openness to learning new technologies and adapting to different scientific domains.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working in a GMP or regulated environment.
• Familiarity with analytical techniques, particularly those used under GMP conditions.
• Ability to communicate in German.
