On-call Driver (part-time)

AMAC Aerospace seeks a part-time on-call driver in Basel to provide VIP transport and logistical support. The role demands 24/7 availability, local expertise, and strict confidentiality.

This position functions as a dedicated chauffeur for high-profile clients within an exclusive setting. The role is entirely on-call with no fixed schedule, requiring complete flexibility to handle transfers, errands, and internal mail distribution at the EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg hangar facilities.

Responsibilities

• Transport VIP clients and company employees.
• Distribute internal mail and perform courier duties.
• Execute various errands for the company and its clients.
• Maintain company vehicles by handling refueling and cleaning tasks.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driving license with several years of experience.
• Demonstrate extensive local knowledge of Basel and the surrounding region.
• Maintain a clean criminal record.
• Communicate effectively in conversational English.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.
• Remain professional and composed under pressure.
• Present a polished and professional appearance.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German or French is beneficial.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar driving or logistics role is advantageous.
