Payroll Spezialist & HR Services (m/w/d)

The company seeks a Payroll Specialist & HR Services professional for its Goldach location. The role handles payroll, personnel administration, and HR support for assigned profit centers.

This position sits within the Payroll & HR team at the Goldach site. The company operates as an innovative, family-owned enterprise active across all construction industry markets for over a century.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll and personnel administration independently for designated profit centers, handling all changes within the Abacus system.
• Oversee complete HR administration tasks, such as onboarding and offboarding procedures, withholding tax computations, family allowance processing, and residence and work permit applications.
• Develop and prepare HR-related evaluations, key performance indicators, and statistical reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for staff and profit center managers regarding all personnel and payroll inquiries.

Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as a personnel or social security clerk.
• Possess several years of professional experience in Payroll & HR Services.
• Demonstrate excellent German language proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
• Hold advanced user knowledge of the Abacus software.
• Be proficient in common MS-Office applications.
• Work discreetly, independently, and accurately with a strong sense of reliability.
