HR Specialist Payroll & HR Services (m/f/d)

Habasit Holding seeks an HR Specialist for Payroll & HR Services in Reinach, CH. This mid-level, on-site role supports the local HR team with payroll administration, employee relations, and process optimization.

Positioned within a compact HR unit at the Reinach site, this position reports directly to the Head of HR Switzerland. The specialist acts as the primary support contact for staff and management, ensuring accurate payroll processing and efficient administrative workflows while contributing to internal digitalization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update employee records and payroll data within the SAP system.
• Review, monitor, and analyze time tracking information to ensure accuracy.
• Execute administrative HR duties such as processing confirmations, conducting evaluations, and generating reports.
• Provide first-level support to employees and managers regarding HR policies and payroll inquiries.
• Participate in projects aimed at digitizing and improving HR processes.

Requirements

• A commercial background complemented by specialized HR training or qualifications.
• Multiple years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on payroll within an international setting.
• Proficiency in English at a very good level.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• A precise, efficient, and reliable work ethic.
• Strong numerical aptitude, quick learning ability, and an analytical approach.
• A service-oriented communication style with a genuine interest in interacting with people.
