Responsibilities
- Apply AI techniques to optimize quantum circuit parameters and design algorithms for quantum optimization, extending beyond QUBO formulations for QAOA
- Create AI-based approaches to discover new quantum optimization algorithms
- Produce quantum-generated samples to initialize classical AI solvers or generate quantum-enhanced features and embeddings
Requirements
- Master’s degree in physics, mathematics, applied mathematics, computer science, quantum computing, or machine learning
- Strong interest in theoretical or computational methods for optimization, quantum computing, and machine learning
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Proficient coding skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in diverse, multicultural teams
- Strong interpersonal skills for positive collaboration across different backgrounds
