Platform Product Manager - Rewards 80-100%

Sunrise Communications AG seeks a Senior Platform Product Manager for its Rewards team in Glattpark. The role focuses on translating complex business needs into actionable product requirements within a hybrid agile environment.

This position is responsible for converting intricate business challenges into clear, actionable product specifications and ensuring their successful execution. The incumbent will lead product discovery efforts, design customer-centric solutions, and implement ideas through a hands-on methodology. The role functions within a hybrid setup that blends established processes with an evolving agile mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on UX research, including interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping, to derive outcome-driven problem statements.
• Analyze problem spaces using techniques like Opportunity Solution Trees and targeted questioning to identify root causes.
• Manage end-to-end requirements definition, ensuring full traceability from initial problems through to final solutions.
• Apply structured prioritization frameworks such as RICE and value versus effort to make informed decisions, even when data is incomplete.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to maintain shared understanding, reduce ambiguity, and resolve blockers during delivery.
• Facilitate alignment among business, technical, and operational stakeholders using tools like RACI to clarify ownership.
• Support planning, refinement, and progress tracking activities within a hybrid, non-pure agile environment.

Requirements

• At least seven years of experience working as a hands-on Product Manager.
• Proven expertise in UX research and requirements gathering.
• Experience operating in hybrid environments that combine waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of prioritization and decision-making frameworks, including RICE and RACI.
• Strong ownership, self-motivation, and the ability to structure complex problems.
