Plumber (m/f/d)

Badrutt's Palace Hotel seeks a mid-level Plumber for Sankt Moritz to maintain building systems, handle repairs, and support event operations in a luxury hospitality setting.

This position focuses on the installation and upkeep of plumbing infrastructure within both the hotel premises and staff housing facilities. The primary objective is to guarantee that all building systems operate smoothly, efficiently, and with attention to energy conservation.

Responsibilities

• Execute repairs and minor installation tasks across the hotel and employee housing areas.
• Inspect and service heating, ventilation, and plumbing networks to ensure functionality.
• Regularly check guest bathrooms to verify they meet high hygiene and operational standards.
• Assist with technical setups for events and fulfill specific plumbing needs during functions.
• Join the operational fire safety team and participate in snow removal duties.
• Stand by for occasional on-call shifts to address emergency maintenance issues.

Requirements

• Completion of vocational training as a heating engineer, plumbing installer, or a comparable qualification.
• Proficient written and verbal German skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken Italian.
• Demonstrated sense of responsibility with a precise and autonomous work ethic.
• Strong team player with high resilience and a focus on practical solutions.

Nice to have

• Prior work experience within a large-scale hotel operation.
• Functional English language skills.
