Portfolio & Launch Management Solutions Lead (a)

Michael Page seeks a Lead to design and implement a scalable Smartsheet ecosystem for global launch management, integrating Power BI for automated reporting and enhanced portfolio visibility.

This position is created to modernize launch planning and reporting by delivering an integrated, automated, and scalable solution for an expanding portfolio. The successful candidate will establish a standardized Smartsheet environment that acts as the single source of truth for milestone tracking, governance, and overall portfolio visibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy a global blueprint for launch management.
• Create standardized templates, workspaces, dashboards, and workflows within Smartsheet.
• Enhance transparency regarding milestones, risks, dependencies, and supply chain readiness.
• Minimize manual reporting tasks by implementing automation and strengthening data governance.
• Facilitate executive decision-making through connected Smartsheet and Power BI reporting solutions.
• Produce user training materials, provide adoption support, and document best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Smartsheet and Power BI.
• Strong background in launch management processes.
• Demonstrated ability in data governance and workflow automation.
