  • Investigate current collector and interface engineering methods, such as thin-film surface modifications and protective interlayers, to improve lithium plating and stripping reversibility.
  • Establish and optimize wet-slurry processing techniques for manufacturing sulfide-based composite cathodes and multilayer pouch-cell all-solid-state batteries.
  • Conduct detailed electrochemical testing, including cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic cycling, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, critical current density, and Coulombic efficiency measurements.
  • Disseminate research outcomes through publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
  • Share findings at international conferences and within collaborative industrial and academic project meetings.

Requirements

  • A PhD in Electrochemistry, Materials Science, Inorganic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a closely related discipline.
  • Demonstrated practical experience with lithium metal and sulfide-based all-solid-state batteries.
  • Strong proficiency in assembling, testing, and analyzing coin- and pouch-type all-solid-state battery cells.
  • Solid background in materials and electrochemical characterization techniques.
  • A track record of scientific publications in battery or energy-storage materials research.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
