Power Platform Technical Lead

Bhend Elektroplan GmbH in Emmen, CH, seeks a Power Platform Technical Lead for a full-time hybrid role. The position involves advancing Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform solutions, leading teams across Switzerland and Madrid, and ensuring high code quality and best practices.

This role focuses on advancing Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform solutions, driving technical innovation and team leadership across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform solutions
• Build complex features using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Create and integrate connections to external systems using C#, APIs, and Azure Functions
• Manage and guide development teams in Switzerland, near-shore Madrid, and external partners
• Maintain high code quality, enforce technical standards, and apply best practices
• Mentor developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements

• A degree in computer science or equivalent higher education
• Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and C#
• Demonstrated ability in software design and system integration, with experience in cross-team collaboration
• Very good command of both German and English

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or PL-600 are preferred
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Azure is advantageous
