Goldman Sachs Bank AG seeks a Junior Private Wealth Management Professional in Zurich. The role supports ultra-high net worth clients with account administration and trade execution, requiring fluency in Italian and German.

The Private Wealth Management unit at Goldman Sachs Bank AG focuses on securing and managing relationships with ultra-high net worth individuals, families, and foundations. This position supports the team by handling operational tasks, ensuring accurate trade execution, and maintaining client accounts, thereby enabling advisors to deliver customized investment strategies and preserve financial wealth.

Responsibilities

• Assists sales teams and clients with operational support and service management.
• Handles the setup of new client accounts, including direct liaison with new clients.
• Executes, processes, and reconciles market trades and investment-related transactions.
• Manages cash balances, liquidity, and asset transfers within client accounts.
• Processes static account updates, such as changes to contact details or risk profiles.
• Collaborates with Private Wealth Advisors to address client needs.
• Works with various product groups across Asset & Wealth Management to resolve client inquiries.
• Serves as a key point of contact for other areas supporting the Private Wealth Management business.
• Provides clients with an overview of reporting tools and web capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent apprenticeship.
• One to three years of relevant work experience.
• Fluency in Italian and German is mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and discretion when handling confidential information.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and sound judgment.
