Responsibilities
- Manage and carry out projects focused on varistor manufacturing
- Evaluate, enhance, and evolve existing production workflows
- Implement new technologies, materials, and methods into the production line
- Stabilize processes and ensure a balance between quality standards and cost efficiency
- Perform root cause analyses and apply necessary corrective measures
- Spearhead continuous improvement efforts throughout the production area
- Partner with production, quality, engineering, and maintenance departments
- Develop and update process documentation and technical reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Prior experience working in industrial manufacturing settings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- A structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- High level of initiative and ownership
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
