Product Manager Fixed Income (f/m/d)

Zürcher Kantonalbank seeks a Senior Product Manager for Fixed Income to lead the evolution of its trading infrastructure and pricing models in Zurich.

As a key player in Swiss fixed income trading, the bank relies on this position to drive the strategic development of its trading platform. The role sits at the core of trading operations, focusing on enhancing infrastructure and shaping the future of fixed income products through advanced analytical and engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional lead for trading infrastructure and models within the Fixed Income division.
• Provide functional direction to Quant and IT Engineering teams, managing project priorities and development roadmaps.
• Enhance the pricing infrastructure by applying and refining analytical models for fixed income instruments.
• Continuously improve systems used for pricing and trading analytics.
• Collaborate closely with Trading, Sales, and Engineering departments to ensure alignment.
• Integrate fully into the trading team to support daily operations and strategic goals.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative field.
• Hands-on experience implementing analytical models for fixed income products, particularly bonds.
• Strong programming abilities with practical experience in machine or deep learning applications.
• Background in engineering and designing front-office systems, with specific focus on fixed income quoting.
• Proven track record in leading teams or projects, coupled with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent English and functional German language skills.
