Production staff (m/f) 100%

Kuerzi Avionics AG seeks a full-time Production Staff member in Lommis to handle wiring, crimping, soldering, and production testing while collaborating with engineering on new developments.

This position focuses on the assembly and testing of avionics components within an EASA-approved environment. The role requires close collaboration with the engineering department to support new product developments and occasional assistance with aircraft installation teams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and crimp electrical components.
• Perform quality checks and production tests on finished items.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to support new product developments.
• Solder electronic parts as needed.
• Provide occasional on-site support to installation crews working on aircraft.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in an industrial setting.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to quality standards.
• Demonstrated aptitude for electro-mechanical tasks.
• Formal training as an electrician, automation engineer, or multimedia electronics technician (EFZ).
• Proven track record in relevant industrial roles.

• Previous experience within the aviation sector.
