IKEA AG Schweiz seeks a Project Leader in Spreitenbach to manage project streams focused on Job Architecture, Learning Content, and Change Management from September 2026 to June 2027.
The company is looking for a professional to lead project streams end-to-end, with a specific emphasis on Job Architecture, Learning Content, and Change Management. In this position, the individual will act as the primary point of contact for global stakeholders within their area of expertise.
Responsibilities
- Manage project streams from start to finish, ensuring clear scope, alignment, and delivery of results.
- Document and distribute insights gained during projects to both local teams and the broader matrix organization.
- Act as the primary liaison for global stakeholders regarding specific expertise areas.
- Facilitate successful change management efforts and maintain clear communication between project streams and external partners.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of People & Culture processes and the employee lifecycle.
- Strong abilities in communication, facilitation, and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Keen attention to detail with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Collaborative team player with strong alignment and cooperation skills.
- High adaptability, curiosity, and openness to change.
- Digital mindset with foundational understanding of Service Delivery and Process Governance.
- Solid project and change management capabilities, including planning and prioritization.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Job Architecture principles, governance, and their impact on Talent, Compensation, and Recruitment.
- Additional language skills beyond English.
