Project Manager (m/f/d)

WPP Media seeks a Project Manager in Zürich to coordinate international healthcare media campaigns, acting as the central link between global teams and local partners.

Based within the global Media Hub, this position serves as the primary connection between international teams, local agencies, and external partners. The role focuses on managing international media campaigns for a healthcare and pharmaceutical client, ensuring seamless collaboration across markets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of global media campaigns, from initial planning through execution, including the development of master timelines and project roadmaps.
• Analyze market conditions in specific countries and assist local agencies in implementing global campaign mandates.
• Lead alignment workshops and status meetings to coordinate efforts among various partners.
• Prepare production briefs and manage the localization and translation of campaign materials.
• Monitor global media budgets, support financial consolidation, and coordinate related financial processes.
• Work with analytics teams to aggregate data into dashboards and improve reporting workflows.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in structured project management, ideally within an agency or international marketing environment.
• Demonstrated track record of managing multi-market international campaigns.
• Proficiency in using Wrike for project management tasks.
• Professional-level fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Previous exposure to the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Background experience within the media industry.
• Competent German language skills.
• Ability to communicate in French.
