Roger Dubuis seeks a Senior Projects & Business Controller in Meyrin for a 2-year fixed-term role. This onsite position blends financial partnering with process automation and digital transformation initiatives.

This 2-year fixed-term role, reporting to the Head of Controlling, serves as a financial business partner to the Maisons. The position focuses on driving transformation projects, ensuring robust financial performance, and leading efficiency and digitalization efforts within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide the Maisons with insightful financial commentary and explain performance metrics.
  • Support decision-making through comprehensive financial analysis and guidance.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting activities alongside local commercial teams and Headquarters.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in rethinking strategic processes and improving organizational structures.
  • Coordinate Group, regional, and local market projects in a PMO capacity.
  • Redesign and automate repetitive tasks to boost efficiency and minimize manual work.
  • Work with various functions to create and deploy automated and digitized solutions.
  • Collaborate with other Controlling teams on data visualization and digitalization efforts.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent in analytics, management, finance, economics, or engineering.
  • At least five years of professional experience in finance or consulting.
  • Proficiency in automation tools like UiPath or Power Automate, digital solutions such as the Power Platform, and data visualization tools including Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau.
  • Experience with data analytics management tools such as Alteryx, Knime, Dataiku, SQL, or Python.
  • Fluent English skills and a good working knowledge of French.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Switzerland.

Nice to have

  • Strong experience with SAP.
  • German language skills.
