Richemont seeks a Senior Projects & Business Controller in Meyrin for a 2-year fixed-term role. The position blends financial partnering with process automation and digital transformation initiatives.

This fixed-term position serves as a strategic financial partner to the Maisons, aiming to strengthen financial performance while leading efficiency and digitalization efforts. Reporting to the Head of Controlling, the incumbent will drive transformation projects and automate repetitive operations to support informed decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide the Maisons with insightful financial commentary and act as their local finance business partner.
  • Support leadership in making informed decisions through comprehensive financial analysis.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles in coordination with local commercial units and Headquarters.
  • Act as a Project Management Office (PMO) to align Group, regional, and local market initiatives.
  • Lead the redesign and automation of manual processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy digitized solutions and data visualization tools.
  • Partner with other controlling groups to advance digitalization strategies.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in analytics, finance, economics, management, or engineering.
  • At least five years of professional experience in finance or consulting.
  • Proficiency in automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate), digital platforms (Power Platform), and data visualization software (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics management tools such as Alteryx, Knime, SQL, Python, or Dataiku.
  • Fluent English skills and a good working knowledge of French.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Switzerland.

Nice to have

  • Strong practical experience with SAP systems.
  • Ability to communicate in German.
