Design, develop, and maintain PLC programs for automatic machines and robot palletizer
Work on electrical wire diagrams for standard products and customer orders
Support the startup team at shopfloor to perform system testing, debugging, and commissioning at customer by request
Collaborate with mechanical, pneumatic, and startup team for system integration and validation
Prepare technical documentation, including functional descriptions, manuals, and reports
Ensure version control of software and electrical deliverables
Work closely with the design authority (overseas) to develop or transfer new products or new functions during Roadmap development
Optimize products and localize the design during Life cycle management
Work closely with project team to develop customized solutions to match customer needs

Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
5+ years of experience in PLC programming and electrical engineering
1+ years of experience in hardware engineering (electrical wire diagram)
Experience in performing system testing, debugging, and on-site commissioning (FAT/SAT)
Experience to diagnose and resolve issues related to PLC, control systems, and field devices
Experience in electrical schematic using EPLAN
Proficiency in at least one major PLC platform, with Siemens (S7-1200/1500, TIA Portal) as mandatory experience
Familiar with industrial communication protocols: Profinet, Profibus, EtherNet/IP, Modbus
Good at Hardware tool Eplan
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Systematically manage tasks activities, time, quality, cost related
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ownership and carefulness for daily work
Willingness to travel for on-site commissioning (not too often) when required
