Real Estate Project Manager

RMIT Professional Resources AG seeks a Senior Real Estate Project Manager in Baden, CH, for a hybrid contract role focused on consolidation and relocation projects.

The company is looking for a professional to lead a consolidation and relocation initiative. The position requires guiding the project from the initial concept phase through to final go-live, with a specific focus on facilities management scope and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build strong connections with internal teams in finance and HR, as well as Swiss stakeholders, to collect data on headcount growth projections.
• Direct facilities and workplace operations to ensure the creation of a high-quality and efficient working environment.
• Manage the planning for facilities management (FM) and integrated facilities management (IFM) aspects of the construction project, including selecting providers and modeling contracts.
• Apply best-practice planning strategies to minimize future operational costs for facilities management.
• Define hospitality requirements and assist with fit-out planning for the new site.
• Collaborate with architects, project teams, and contractors to support the project lifecycle from concept to launch.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess a minimum of five years of professional experience in project management within commercial real estate interior construction.
• Demonstrate a track record of successfully managing the build-out of multiple commercial projects.
• Have experience creating and issuing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), reviewing construction drawings and submittals, and negotiating with vendors.
• Exhibit strong proficiency in MS Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
• Possess professional language skills in German.
