Lombard Odier seeks a Regulatory Reporting Specialist in Geneva to manage QI, FATCA, CRS, MiFID II, and LIMF reporting within the Technology & Operations unit.
This position sits within the Regulatory Reporting team of the Technology & Operations unit, a group of six professionals. The primary purpose of the role is to oversee the creation, validation, and tracking of mandatory regulatory disclosures for the Lombard Odier Group and select BPO clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end production of regulatory reports for the Group and specific BPO clients.
- Develop and improve business process controls for current and future operational activities.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and assist in testing specialized reporting tools.
- Communicate regularly with internal departments and external partners to ensure alignment.
- Analyze and reconcile large, complex datasets to ensure data accuracy.
- Write and update operational procedures, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with technology teams to refine existing tools and validate new feature releases.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification such as a CFC or Maturité professionnel bancaire.
- Proven hands-on experience with QI, FATCA, and CRS reporting frameworks.
- Fluency in English and/or French, both written and spoken.
- Current residence in Switzerland or a clear willingness to relocate.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, with a particular emphasis on advanced Excel skills.

- A solid understanding of transactional banking workflows is viewed as a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with FiTAX software or processes is highly valued.
- Additional language capabilities are considered a beneficial asset.
