Lombard Odier IM seeks a Regulatory Reporting Specialist in Geneva to manage QI, FATCA, CRS, MiFID II, and LIMF reporting within the Technology & Operations unit.
This position sits within the Regulatory Reporting team of the Technology & Operations unit, a group of six professionals. The primary purpose of the role is to oversee the creation, validation, and tracking of mandatory regulatory disclosures for the Lombard Odier Group and select BPO clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end production of regulatory reports for the group and specific BPO clients.
- Develop and improve business process controls for current and future operational activities.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and assist in testing specialized reporting tools.
- Communicate regularly with internal departments and external partners to ensure alignment.
- Analyze and reconcile large, complex datasets to ensure data accuracy.
- Write and update operational guidelines, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification such as a CFC or Maturité professionnel bancaire.
- Proven hands-on experience with QI, FATCA, and CRS reporting frameworks.
- Fluency in English and/or French, both written and verbal.
- Current residence in Switzerland or a clear willingness to relocate there.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and general MS Office tools.
Nice to have
- Solid understanding of transactional banking workflows.
- Familiarity with FiTAX software or processes.
- Additional language skills beyond English and French.
