Responsibilities

• Assist clients in establishing their initial bookkeeping setup.
• Oversee monthly bookkeeping tasks for assigned clients.

• Communicate with clients via video calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

• At least three years of paid bookkeeping experience specifically for small businesses.
• Possession of an active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification upon commencement.
• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online.
• Strong technical proficiency with computer software and online tools.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
