RFP Writer

LGT Capital Partners AG seeks a Mid-level RFP Writer in Pfäffikon to support strategic sales and client relations through high-quality proposal responses.

This position sits within the Product & Client Services team, where the primary objective is to advance strategic sales goals. The role plays a key part in both acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing investors across private and public markets.

Responsibilities

• Draft and finalize RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for current and potential investors in private and public markets.
• Work closely with business development, investment management, and other internal departments to gather necessary information.
• Create compelling responses by adapting standard firm content to highlight competitive advantages.
• Oversee the full RFP lifecycle, including handling follow-up queries from clients and internal teams.
• Maintain the Responsive RFP database by regularly adding or updating content.
• Utilize AI tools and the Responsive platform to enhance efficiency, quality, and workflow speed.
• Write white papers, market commentary, and other written materials.

Requirements

• University degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in RFP processes within asset management, including internships.
• Fluent written and verbal English skills.
• Strong numerical ability to analyze data and synthesize complex information into clear insights.
• Capacity to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• Proactive communication style with strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and build consensus.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Team-oriented mindset focused on collective success.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with a sense of urgency.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and interest in learning new systems.

Nice to have

• Professional financial certifications such as CFA or CAIA.
• Proficiency in French or other languages.
