Sales Manager (m/w/d/)

Kardex Systems AG seeks a Senior Sales Manager to expand its AutoStore presence across the DACH region. The role involves full-cycle sales, project management, and customer relationship building in a hybrid setup based in Zürich.

Kardex Systems AG, a global leader in high-speed Automatic Storage and Retrieval Systems, is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth in the DACH region. This position focuses on expanding market presence through proactive business development, managing complex sales cycles, and building lasting customer relationships across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of AutoStore solutions throughout the DACH area.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for automated storage systems.
• Oversee AutoStore projects from initial contact through final contract signing.
• Create and execute innovative sales strategies, including system design, simulation, and financial planning.
• Develop tailored solutions that provide clear value to clients.
• Foster and sustain strong client relationships via regular communication.
• Own the process of closing AutoStore deals.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Requirements

• Proven success in sales within intralogistics, preferably with automation experience.
• Ability to manage the entire sales process and lead complex projects.
• Native or bilingual German proficiency and fluent English.
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or comparable professional background.
• Practical experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required.

• Knowledge of additional languages from the Baltic or Eastern European regions.
