Sales Operations Analyst

IQVIA AG seeks a Mid-level Sales Operations Analyst in Switzerland to manage Salesforce pipelines, coordinate PSA resources, and support cross-functional deal processing.

This position focuses on the end-to-end management of sales opportunities within the Salesforce environment, ensuring accurate forecasting and revenue allocation. The analyst also oversees the Professional Services Automation platform to align resource hours and budgets with project assignments, while facilitating smooth collaboration between sales, finance, and contracting teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Salesforce opportunities from initial pipeline entry through to closure, including stage updates, forecast categorization, and revenue distribution.
• Generate pricing documentation and collaborate with finance teams to process commercial deals.
• Support the creation of Statements of Work templates and assist with initial contract submissions.
• Manage the Professional Services Automation (PSA) system, tracking resource hours, budgets, and project allocations.
• Participate in pipeline review calls and internal team meetings, performing necessary updates in Salesforce and PSA afterward.
• Keep the team’s document repository organized and current.
• Provide strategic planning and analytical support to Account Managers and Points of Contact as required.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree.
• Possess 2-3 years of professional experience in sales support or customer service roles.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Exhibit strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward coaching and feedback.
• Adapt easily to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Nice to have

• Background in finance, sales operations, or customer relationship management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Prior experience using SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), or other CRM platforms.
