Sales & Showroom Coordinator

Roger Dubuis seeks a Sales & Showroom Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term role in Zürich. The position focuses on supporting daily showroom operations, managing customer inquiries, and driving sales conversions within a global luxury environment.

This fixed-term position supports the Showroom and Business Development Manager in maintaining daily operations and executing sales activities. The primary goal is to provide outstanding customer experiences that directly contribute to sales success while managing the showroom's operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Online and Business Development Manager with sales process execution
  • Oversee showroom daily operations, including inventory control, product packaging, and delivery coordination
  • Process warranty claims in a timely manner
  • Manage digital communications by responding to customer inquiries, routing leads to the sales team, and initiating contact
  • Address customer questions professionally via phone, email, chat, and in-person meetings
  • Nurture the team’s pipeline of inquiries to improve sales conversion rates
  • Guide clients through sales, part-exchange, and purchasing procedures, including post-sale support
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics and the service center
  • Deliver a premium experience during showroom visits
  • Keep office supplies stocked and ensure operational readiness
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Around two years of experience in sales or client-facing roles
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Competent German or Swiss German language skills
  • Strong ability to use digital tools, especially Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft applications

Nice to have

  • Background in luxury retail or similar high-end sectors
  • Strong interest in luxury timepieces
  • Additional language capabilities
