Swissquote seeks a Junior Sales Support Coordinator in Gland to assist the Private Clients and Partners Sales department with administrative tasks, client support, and operational coordination.

This position sits within the Sales Support & Coordination Team of the Private Clients and Partners Sales department. The primary purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive assistance to Department Heads and Regional Sales Managers, ensuring that internal service levels are met and client satisfaction remains high through efficient administrative and operational support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales administration duties and facilitate account opening procedures for sales teams.
  • Ensure internal service standards and client satisfaction by providing full support to sales staff.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Client Register, Central Data, and payment departments to maintain smooth operations.
  • Assist Department Heads with daily monitoring, reporting, and validation tasks.
  • Centralize and distribute incoming requests and tasks among Regional teams.
  • Handle general internal and external correspondence, including client inquiries.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving internal systems and tools.
  • Perform periodic customer due diligence reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance.
  • Prior experience in institutional support and/or relationship management within the financial services sector.
  • Strong organizational abilities, a clear sense of priorities, and rigorous attention to detail.
  • Proficient data analysis skills, with the ability to transform complex datasets into actionable insights.

Nice to have

  • Working proficiency in German.
