Positioned within the core Philanthropy Services team under the LO Patrimonia entity, this senior role focuses on providing bespoke and discretionary advisory solutions. The advisor supports target markets by executing client mandates and helping to shape the firm's flagship philanthropy offerings.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement customized philanthropy solutions for specific client segments.
- Manage discretionary advisory mandates and deliver corresponding solutions to the market.
- Advise relationship managers regularly on complex client cases.
- Develop and refine the core flagship philanthropy product offering.
- Conduct research to support client service, prospecting, and market positioning.
- Monitor and report on resource allocation and outcomes using business management tools.
- Support internal outreach initiatives and provide training to staff, including relationship managers.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field such as economics or social sciences.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in philanthropy advisory.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and provide strategic advice.
- Fluent proficiency in German, English, and French, both spoken and written.
Nice to have
- Strong background in philanthropy research, including surveys, interviews, and report writing.
- Subject matter expertise in healthcare or climate change.
- Prior experience working within the non-profit sector.
